Kuiu, the manufacturer of performance hunting gear, introduces hunting apparel for women. Each item is available in the brand’s Valo, Verde and Vias Camo patterns and features the same technology as its men’s apparel.
This collection offers ultralight hunting gear engineered with attention to fit, function and detail, built to keep women protected from the elements while regulating comfort.
“Our goal was to create hunting gear that ensures all women can comfortably and confidently hunt in the most challenging and demanding environments and conditions,” said Kevin Wilkerson, VP, brand marketing.
The initial launch consists of eight styles, including rain gear, outerwear, insulation, mid -ayers, base layers, and accessories.
- Kenai Hooded Jacket is suited for varying activity levels in cold and wet conditions and features K-DWR 3DeFX+ active insulation that is body-mapped for increased performance.
- Chugach TR Rain Jacket and TR Rain Pant are purpose-built for ultralight hunting. Made from Torain waterproof-breathable technology, this kit is 100 percent waterproof and durable.
- Ultra Merino 145 Racerback Tank made from wool with a nylon core, this tank is lightweight, comfortable and versatile across all conditions. Ideal as a standalone top when hot or as a base layer when cooler.
- Ultra Merino 145 LS Crew for female hunters needing a long-term solution in a wide range of aerobic activities and weather conditions. Featuring Nuyarn technology, it’s odor resistant, absorbs moisture, thermo regulates, and insulates when wet.
- Ultra Merino 145 Zip-Off Bottom with full leg zips allows for easy on-and-off without removing pants or boots. Featuring Nuyarn technology, it’s itch-free, moisture-wicking and naturally odor-resistant.
- Attack Pant is made from Primeflex fabric for function, durability and comfort.
- Tiburon Pant is designed to keep women cool on hot days and features a lightweight, breathable Dot Air fabric that provides ventilation, odor control and water repellency.
