Eddie Bauer earned Product of the Year for the fourth annual Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards, while Icebreaker, Kathmandu and SheFly Apparel were among the 14 product and service award honorees.

Honorees were honored at the Outdoor Retail Show last week in a live ceremony.

Eddie Bauer’s BC Flyline Jacket and Bib was designed in conjunction with alpine sit ski athlete Trevor Kennison to meet the needs of adaptive skier.

“Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and winners of the Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards,” said Marisa Nicholson, Outdoor Retailer senior vice president and show director. “It was amazing to be back together in person to celebrate the incredible work happening across the industry to help more people discover the joys of nature. These innovators found solutions and are inspiring others to both get outside and to keep thinking of creative ways we can all make an impact.”

The judging panel selected this year’s annual awards winners from the 35 finalist outdoor products, materials and services representing gear and programs from all seasons and were scored based on “original design, function, impact, and inspiring attributes.”
