PlayCore Holdings, Inc. of Chattanooga, TN has acquired Everlast Climbing Industries, Inc., a leader in the climbing wall industry based in Mendota Heights, MN.
Everlast Climbing will continue as an operating division of PlayCore in Mendota Heights. Tim Sudeith will continue to serve as the companys general manager.
