Adidas has sued Wal-Mart, claiming it copied some of adidas' products. According to the complaint, Wal-Mart used a striped logo similar to the one associated with Adidas products, displaying two or four stripes yet similar to adidas' three-stripe trademark.
Adidas filed a motion with a court in Oregon, according to the German business daily Handelsblatt.
