After a nine month search process, Jarden Corp. has named Sam Solomon as President and CEO of The Coleman Co.. Solomon had been serving as interim president and CEO since September 2007, when he replaced Gary Kiedaisch.
Solomon has more than 23 years experience in finance, brand management and general business administration at companies such as The Coca-Cola Company; Kidde, PLC; SPX Corporation; Proctor and Gamble; and most recently, at Coleman, where he served as CFO before being tapped as interim CEO.
