Polartec, LLC has added Matt Johnson as a new sales account manager for the Rocky Mountain region. Johnson joins Polartec after ten years at The North Face, adding extensive industry experience to the Polartec sales team.
“I gained a solid knowledge of Polartec products in my years at TNF,” states Johnson. “Im excited to lend my sales experience to the Polartec team and help the brand build upon its heritage of innovative fabric design.”
Jon Adelman, EVP of sales and marketing for Polartec, states, “Matt knows the outdoor industry intimately and brings valuable apparel and retail knowledge to our team.”
Prior to joining Polartec, Johnson received his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He began his career in the outdoor industry working for the Alpine Hut in Overland Park, Kansas as the store manager and buyer. Johnson started at The North Face in 1998 as the Midwest sales manager where he won awards for Back to School and Footwear sales.
