Daniel D. Jelinek, president of team sports at Easton-Bell Sports, Inc., will resign, effective June 1. According to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the decision was made by mutual agreement between Jelinek and the company. At this time, Easton-Bell Sports does not intend to fill the position.
Jelinek has been president of the team sports division of Easton-Bell Sports since June 2006, overseeing both the Easton and Riddell divisions. Previously, Jelinek had served as Vice President of Sales at Easton Sports for the past eight years.
