Tecnica Canada announced the hiring of Julien Adam as a marketing and promotions specialist for Nordica and Rollerblade Canada.
Adam will work directly with Sam Beck, Nordica North America director of marketing and communications and Stephen Charrier, vice president and director of global sales and marketing for Rollerblade.
Adam’s primary role will be to work with the Canadian team in developing and executing both trade and consumer marketing communications and promotional activities. He will also work closely with Beck and Charrier building and maintaining Nordica and Rollerblade’s consumer service platforms and organizing and executing all of Nordica and Rollerblade’s national and regional trade shows. Adam will also oversee and support the Nordica Pro and Race Community.
“Julien’s forward-looking enthusiasm, energy and desire to work collaboratively is what caught our attention,” said Beck. “With a background in outdoor retail, marketing, ski racing, skating, and an adventurous spirit, he’ll be able to successfully serve retailers and consumers.”
Tecnica Group’s portfolio includes Tecnica ski boots and footwear, Nordica skis and ski boots, Moon Boot footwear, Lowa hiking and outdoor boots, Blizzard skis, and Rollerblade in-line skates.
