Hillerich & Bradsby Co., the makers of Louisville Slugger bats,  has announced Allan Klimusko as VP and CFO. Klimusko has 25 years experience in the accounting field, with more than 12 years experience in the sporting goods industry. He previously worked for Maurice Sporting Goods, a Chicago-based company, where he was for the past four years he served as VP of Finance.

“We’re excited to have Allan join our team as Vice President & CFO,” said H&B president & CEO John A. Hillerich IV.  “He brings a tremendous amount of high-level accounting experience that will greatly benefit our company.  That background coupled with his sporting goods industry experience is exactly what we were looking for in a CFO.   He already knows the players in our industry.   Plus, he understands the dynamics of family-owned companies like ours, having previously worked in one dating back to 1995.”


Klimusko is a Chicago native and a graduate of DePaul University.  A Certified Public Accountant, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society & Foundation, and National Association of Credit Managers.
