Jochen Zeitz, CEO and Chairman of PUMA AG, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Harley-Davidson, Inc. Zeitz becomes the first European Manager to join the Board of Directors of the U.S. premier motorcycle manufacturer that currently comprises 10 members.
