O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. announced the appointment of Patricia Donahue as VP of operations, effective immediately.

Donahue will have responsibility for the company’s manufacturing operations and will report directly to Executive VP and CFO, Paul Chartier.

Donahue has over three decades of corporate supply chain management experience in the auto, biotech, chemical, and industrial hardware industries, accompanied by a career assisting organizations to achieve high levels of operational performance through cost reduction, interplant collaboration efforts and the adoption of lean manufacturing best practices. Since 2018, Donahue has served as director of the supply chain at Mossberg where she has influenced positive changes and operational advancements.

“We’re excited for Patty to apply her established management methods across all aspects of the Mossberg Supply Chain,” said Doug Bell, Mossberg’s president and COO. “Patty’s outstanding acumen and deep understanding of the modern manufacturing supply chain will be influential in aligning the company to address the current and future needs of the sporting goods marketplace.”

Prior to joining Mossberg, Donahue held management positions at other major manufacturing companies—logistics manager at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, materials manager at Stanadyne Corp. and director of operations at Lex Products Corp.
