Outdoor Equipped appointed Tim Knowlton as vice president of marketplace development.

Outdoor Equipped is a lead Amazon.com retailer who provides advanced analytics, content enhancement and operational efficiencies to brand partners for optimizing their marketplace engagement with consumers.

Knowlton was the former senior director of brand compliance & integrity at Wolverine Worldwide where he instituted a center-of-excellence group focused on managing Amazon Retail (1P) and Amazon Marketplace (3P) relations across the portfolio. Knowlton also had oversight of Wolverine’s Brand Protection Group, which served as a centralized service for MAP policy protection, Internet distribution rights, rogue seller investigations, SEM Policy compliance and marketplace insights.

A SGB 40-Under-40 award recipient in 2011 when he was the vice president of field sales at Saucony, Knowlton is well versed with how footwear & apparel brands need to operate in today’s digital environment and intends to use his experience to implement Outdoor Equipped’s interactive software solutions with strategic manufacture partners as they look to drive the highest level of brand integrity, consumer awareness and sales conversion on the Amazon US & Global marketplace.
