Team Express Inc., a Texas-based consumer direct and team dealer of baseball and softball hardgoods, has acquired Football America Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
Football America is based in Laurel, Md. and also has both consumer direct and team sales proficiencies in football hardgoods, apparel and training systems. Team express management emphasized the counter-seasonality of the complimentary busineses as a key synergy between the two companies.
