Kathmandu Holdings Limited said it is splitting the COO and CFO functions as part of a structural change aimed at enhancing its focus on international expansion while continuing to strengthen its Australasian operation.

Kathmandu appointed Chris Kinraid as chief financial officer. Kinraid joined Kathmandu in 2014 as group financial controller. His experience includes more than 10 years in senior group finance and analyst roles at FMCG, pharmaceutical, and technology multinationals including Cadbury, Alliance Boots and Tait Communications. He began his career in
audit at PwC. Chris is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has a
Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Canterbury.

Reuben Casey will continue as chief operating officer with an increased level of responsibility. In addition to his current responsibilities, which include the merchandise planning, supply chain and property functions, he will also lead the international business development and sourcing functions.
