Paul Frank, whose full name is Paul Frank Sunich, is suing the company he helped create and which fired him in November. He claims both that he was terminated without reason and that he is being denied his proper share of the profits.
Sunich has file the lawsuit against the company, Chief Executive John Oswald, and President Ryan Heuser. About 92% of the company is equally owned by Sunich, Oswald and Heuser, according to Sunich's lawsuits.
