Factory Design Labs has added 11 new employees to its team since the start of the year.

Andee Conner Foutch has joined Factory as the Media Director and will be leading all media planning and buying on behalf of Factory and its clients. Andee brings a wealth of experience to Factory from her time at McClain Finlon, Karsh and Hagan and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Coming from Sprint Nextel as Factory’s new Director of Finance, Factory welcomes Erik Evans. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and did graduate work in Fine Arts at the University of Southern California before returning to Colorado to get his MBA from the University of Denver.

Tom Hamilton has filled the newly created position of Creative Services Studio Manager. In that role, Tom will be responsible for managing the production of all print projects and some design work. His previous experience as a Senior Designer at Circa 65 Design Group will certainly serve Factory and our clients well in this new position.

Additionally, Factory’s Interactive Services department has added Flash Developers, Tony Birleffi and Todd Heinze, and Application Developer, Patrick Shafer. In Creative Services, Chirag Ahir and Sean Klassen have joined Factory as Art Director and Interactive Art Director, respectively. Finally, rounding out the Account Services team are Becca Cooper and Andrea Stow, both of whom have assumed Account Manager roles with Factory’s numerous interactive clients and Susan Tie as an Assistant Account Manager.

All eleven Factory hires are effective immediately with the goal of providing clients a continually larger spectrum of integrated marketing solutions.
