Manzella appointed Joe Campisi as Chief Marketing Officer and Jim Wagner as Vice President of Design, Development and Sourcing.

As chief marketing officer, Joe Campisi's primary responsibility at Manzella will be to lead global marketing efforts to revolutionize the glove industry
and elevate Manzella's presence. A veteran of the outdoor industry with over 30 years of hands on experience, Campisi is currently principal of Campisi and Associates offering marketing consultation to industry leaders such as Manzella, Timberland and Woolrich. Prior to establishing Campisi and Associates, Campisi served as global vice-president of marketing at Malden Mills directing marketing communications, brand management, and
product market segmentation development.
Other career highlights include developing the Salomon Ski Technician Certification Program, the ski industries' first certified technician training program, now an industry standard; creating the Timberland Field Services Program, a complete
training and merchandising program resulting in higher sales through strong retail presence and retail sales associate training; and founding a high performance ski rental franchise with a central reservation system, five
stores and 29 franchisees in the Rocky Mountain area. In addition to his duties as Chief Marketing Officer at Manzella, Campisi will continue to operate his marketing consulting business.
In his position as Vice President, Design, Development and Sourcing, Jim Wagner will drive all future designs of Manzella's new “Best of Class” lines, ensuring the deliverance of the highest performing and best fitting
glove on the market. As principal of Jim Wagner Designs for the past ten years, Jim has provided expertise in product design, development and sourcing to a wide variety of clients in the snowsports, watersports, outdoor, fashion, veterinary, auto, military and rescue equipment
industries. Wagner will remain active in his consulting business while serving as vice president for Manzella.
