Following Adam Arons decision to retire from his position as Vail Resorts CEO, the company is restructuring its senior management team. Robert Katz, will replace outgoing chairman and CEO Adam Aron. SVP/COOs William A. Jensen and Roger McCarthy were named co-presidents of the companys Mountain Division, which includes the Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Beaver Creek, and Heavenly resorts. MTN also promoted SVP/CFO Jeffrey W. Jones to serve as senior EVP of the company. Senior SVP and general counsel Martha D. Rehm was promoted to EVP of the parent company. Christopher E. Jarnot, VP of marketing and sales, was elevated to SVP. In conjunction with the restructuring, Vail Resorts will relocate its Avon, Colo. corporate and administrative operations to new offices in the metro Denver area, with some positions moving to a location near its Keystone Resort in Summit County, Colo.
