Yue Yuen’s parent, Pou Chen Group’s Social Compliance Program, obtained Fair Labor Association (FLA) accreditation, which recognizes the company’s achievement in improving workplaces.
FLA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting workers’ rights around the world.
FLA’s accreditation report specifically recognized Pou Chen Group’s:
• Commitment to globally implement workplace standards from the production-level to the
headquarter-level through innovative, comprehensive and ongoing training
• Implementation of a comprehensive system to evaluate and incentivize manufacturing facilities and
material suppliers to improve working conditions
• Top management’s ongoing commitment to invest in the social compliance program, training and
remediation
• Transparency in remediating labor violations at its production sites and establishment of multiple
grievance channels
