Puma will reorganize the company’s global communications department, effective August 1.
Ulf Santjer, currently global director corporate communications, will be leaving the company by the end of July 2018 to take on new challenges. After joining Puma in 1997, he subsequently built up Puma’s global corporate communications department and supported the company’s growth path, including the recent repositioning of the brand.
Corporate communications, brand and product PR, as well as employer branding, will be brought together and headed up by Kerstin Neuber in her new position as senior head of communications. In this newly created role, she reports to Adam Petrick, global director, brand marketing.
The aim of merging all communication areas is to ensure a uniform communication approach that will consolidate Puma’s positioning. The closer team collaboration will accelerate internal communication and ensure a faster coordination of each communication activity.
Neuber joined Puma in 2007 and was previously head of corporate communications.
