Seattle, WA-based action sports, lifestyle and outdoor retailer Evo has opened a retail and demo center in Loge Camps in Bend, OR. The new retail space is part of a larger partnership with Loge, a hospitality brand that caters to surfers, skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers and all outdoor enthusiasts and will be located in the lobby of Loge’s new Bend destination.

The new Evo location features clothing and accessories, as well as a demo center for bikes, skis, snowboards and river surfboards for the Bend Whitewater Park. Evo has demo centers at other Loge locations—including a surfboard and wetsuit fleet in Westport, WA, and a new bike demo fleet coming soon to Leavenworth, WA—but this is the first that incorporates both rental and retail.

The Bend location is part of Evo’s expansion in a rapidly changing retail environment. Long-focused on community events and gathering space through its own retail stores, Evo has broadened its approach with a growing travel program, including a stake in Loge Camps, bringing together hospitality, outdoor recreation and access to gear for adventure travelers seeking a new experience.

“We’re thrilled about the opportunity to be more deeply immersed into the Loge experience,” said Bryce Phillips, Evo’s founder and CEO. “Loge continues to build amazing locations that share our same passion for community and recreation and Bend exemplifies that best. With access right onto the Phil’s Trail network, Mt. Bachelor just up the road and the river surf wave a short distance into town, we’re able to provide Loge guests the convenience of having everything they need for their adventures on site.”

The Bend destination will also be one of Evo’s future offerings in the company’s successful EvoTrip adventure travel program, which curates ski, surf and bike trips all over the world. Currently, Evo offers EvoTrip packages to Loge locations in Westport and Leavenworth, WA.
