Winmark Corp. announced that the company’s board of directors has approved an increase in regular quarterly cash dividend to shareholders.
The quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share represent an increase of 4 cents from its previous dividend rate. The cash dividend will be paid June 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on the close of business on May 9, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to board approval.
At March 31, 2018, Winmark had 1,223 franchises in operation under the brands Plato’s Closet, Once Upon A Child, Play It Again Sports, Style Encore and Music Go Round.
