The Buckle, Inc. reported that sales for June increased 9.6% to $38.0 million from sales of $34.7 million in the corresponding five-week period ended July 3, 2004.
Comparable store sales, for stores open at least one year, for the five-week period ended July 2, 2005 increased 4.4% from comparable store sales for the prior year five-week period ended July 3, 2004.
Net sales year-to-date, for the 22 weeks ended July 2, 2005 increased 11.2 percent to $174.3 million from $156.8 million for the corresponding 22 weeks in the prior year. Comparable store sales year-to-date were up 6.4 percent from sales in the same 22-week period of the previous year.
