The Buckle announced that sales for the four-week period ended May 28, 2005 increased 12.7% to $30.8 million from sales of $27.3 million in the corresponding four-week period ended May 29, 2004.

Comparable store sales, for stores open at least one year, for the four-week period ended May 28, 2005 increased 8.6 percent from comparable store sales for the prior year four-week period ended May 29, 2004.

Net sales year-to-date, for the seventeen weeks ended May 28, 2005 increased 11.6 percent to $136.3 million from $122.1 million for the corresponding seventeen weeks in the prior year. Comparable store sales year-to-date were up 6.9 percent from sales in the same seventeen-week period of the previous year.
