Dick’s Sporting Goods said in a regulatory filing that Lauren R. Hobart, the company’s president, has joined its board of directors.
The appointment increased the size of Dick’s board from nine to ten members. Hobart will serve as a Class C director, with her term expiring at the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders.
Hobart will not serve on any of the Board’s committees at this time.
