A Soho condo has filed a lawsuit against Nike for noise emanating from promotional events at its Nike Lab store on 22 Mercer St.
“The board of 22 Mercer St. wants $3 million for the headaches associated with the sneaker mecca’s product launches,” including crowds waiting all night for the store to open, according to the New York Post.
