If you are looking for more reassurance that your bicycle is safe, Abus has you covered with their Bordo Alarm bike lock.
The battery operated alarm/lock system uses a 3-D movement sensor that senses vibrations and small movements, triggering a pre-alarm series of beeps. In case of small and short movements that are not considered a threat – e. g. the bike gets hit by a football – the lock gives a short warning tone using the intelligent alarm system. Larger movements set off a 100-decibel alarm that lasts for 15 seconds that remains active, and further movements will continue to trigger it.
