Canada Goose Holdings Inc. held its annual meeting of shareholders this week in Toronto, Ontario. All the nominees for election as directors listed in the company’s management proxy circular dated July 7, 2017 were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting.
