3Step Sports, the youth sports club and event operator, hired Tania King as CEO. Founder David Geaslen moves into the chairman role.
As CEO, King is responsible for partnering with Geaslen on strategy and leading the company’s operations.

Most recently, King worked as the operating advisor to Juggernaut Capital Partners, helping with the sale of Mitchell & Ness to Fanatics. Over her 25-year career, she has held roles as a chief strategy officer, chief legal officer and chief employee experience Officer. She also worked in various executive roles at Advantage Solutions, a provider of business services solutions.
Over the past three years, 3Step has acquired 76 brands in nine sports across 43 states.
