Pickleball Kingdom will open its first member club in Roseville, CA, spanning approximately 32,900 square feet and featuring 11 professional-grade indoor courts. It is targeting an opening in Spring 2026.
Franchisees Parminder and Komal Saini, and Megan Cohill will lead the groundbreaking and development.
“This facility will enrich the Roseville area by creating an inclusive space where people can play, connect and enjoy themselves,” said Parminder Saini. He and Komal Saini, founders of Woodey.com, a growing sunglasses brand, bring a blend of expertise to the franchise. Parminder, a chief technology officer in the insurance industry, and Komal, a business professional and design enthusiast, have a shared vision of creating spaces that inspire connection and activity.
Megan Cohill, a seasoned sales and marketing executive, and her husband, Adam Sepulveda, a former PGA teaching professional and college athlete, have big hearts for the local athletic community. Adam played a key role in launching StretchLab Twelve Bridges, helping establish them as one of the top franchise locations on the West Coast. He will work full-time in the Pickleball Kingdom business alongside Megan. Megan has worked with Fortune 50 companies and influential tech firms in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, bringing innovative approaches and fresh mindsets to the pickleball world as a valuable asset to this exciting venture.
