Genefit, a subsidiary of 3X4 Genetics, hired Daniel Guzman as head of enterprise sales and Tom Jobe as an enterprise sales lead.

Guzman has extensive experience in strength and conditioning, fitness and rehab. He was the youngest head coach of strength and conditioning for the Los Angeles Galaxy when he began in 2014. He went to work with the U.S. Men’s National Team as a head performance coach. For the 2018 to 2021 seasons, he helped establish the Los Angeles Football Club, where he was head of strength and conditioning and head of fitness and rehab.

Jobe joined 3X4 Genetics after a decade of working in collegiate and professional sports. He spent the 2022 season with Inter Miami CF as the director of fitness and rehab. Before that, he worked for four years with the Los Angeles Football Club in various roles, including head of sports science and head of strength and conditioning. Before transitioning to major league soccer, Jobe worked for three years in the NFL in the performance departments of the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers.
