Dick’s SG’s Q2 Profit And E-Commerce Sales Soar

Dick’s Sporting Goods reported earnings in the second quarter on an adjusted basis jumped 150 percent topping Wall Street targets as same-store sales grew 20.7 percent. E-commerce sales nearly tripled. Dick’s officials said the performance was helped by a shift toward athletic and active lifestyle products with people spending more time working and exercising at home.

Fanatics Inks Licensed Apparel Deal With Rebel Sports

Rebel, an Australian retailer of sporting equipment, apparel and footwear, has partnered on an agreement that will see Fanatics become the exclusive supplier of all ‘non-Australian’ licensed team merchandise on the Rebel website. Fanatics will also help improve Rebel’s in-store licensed product availability.
