110%, a maker of compression/ice recovery gear, hired Austin Chow as president of the company.
In the position, Chow will lead all brand strategy, marketing, sales and product development efforts to further establish the athlete-targeted brand, expand distribution and enhance the consumer product offering and experience.

Chow joins 110% after spending the last four years with IMG Licensing, a division of IMG Worldwide, the world’s #1 global sports, media and entertainment agency. At IMG, Chow was instrumental in the development and management of ESPN’s branded consumer product portfolio (including College GameDay, Sportscenter, Baseball Tonight, and cobranded programs with the NBA, NCAA, BCS, SEC and NASCAR) and the ocean, sport and performance lifestyle brand, Salt Life. Additional client experience while at IMG includes the PGA TOUR, Arnold Palmer, X GAMES and Louisville Slugger brands as well as new business development initiatives. Chow’s previous work experience also involves holding positions at the PGA TOUR, Burton Snowboards and ClubCorp.

A native of Vail, CO, Chow graduated with honors from Princeton University where he earned a degree in Politics with a certificate in Political Economy.
