100%, the San Diego, CA-based sports performance brand, has appointed new leadership.

We are in the midst of a renaissance to bring performance to all categories of eyewear, including Prescription and Active,” said 100% CEO and Co-founder Ludo Boinnard. “With this new team, 100% is primed for success drafting from its hugely popular Sport Performance Eyewear and expanding our leading goggle business to include Snow.”
100% new leadership team includes:
Gwen van Lingen joined the company as vice president, global marketing and sales for Eyewear & Snow. She is a 20-year veteran of the eyewear industry, most recently working for 15 years at Oakley (Luxottica). Her experience includes brand, product, go-to-market, sports marketing, and omnichannel sales expertise.
TJ Bottom was appointed global head of product marketing & GTM, Eyewear & Snow. Over his 20-year career, he brings brand building and go-to-market experience in the outdoor, action sports and eyewear industries, having worked with Burton, Maui Jim/Zeal and Electric.
Matthew Davis joins 100% as director of sales, Eyewear & Snow. In addition to working for companies including Burton Snowboards and Volcom, his experience includes brand building from the ground up. He is also fluent in trend analysis, strategic planning and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Liam Barrett joins 100% as snow category director. Barrett brings over 25 years of experience aligning marketing strategies with products, athletes and consumer experience in the ski and snowboard industries. He has worked for Oakley, Burton/Ano and Dragon/Marchon.
