Zumiez Inc. specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, said total net sales for the four-week period ended May 30, 2009 decreased 9.6% to $23.5 million, compared to $26.0 million for the four-week period ended May 31, 2008. The company's comparable store sales decreased 20.7% for the four-week period, versus a comparable store sales increase of 0.2% in the year ago period.
