Zumiez said Marc Stolzman has become the its new chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective August 8. Richard M. Brooks, Zumiez CEO, ceased serving as its acting chief financial officer officially on August 8, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Marc Stolzman, 45, served as the chief financial officer of Blue Nile Inc., a worldwide online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry, from June 2008 through November 2010.
