Yeti Holdings Board of Directors Bumps CEO Matt Reintjes to Chair

The Yeti Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors appointed President and Chief Executive Officer Matt Reintjes to the additional position of Chair of the Board of Director of which he is already a member. The appointment was effective August 7, 2026.

Reintjes first joined Yeti as CEO in August 2015 from Vista Outdoors Inc.’s Outdoor Products Division.

The new Yeti Board chairman-designate is also a member of the Board of Directors at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

Robert K. Shearer, who was serving as independent chair of the Board, has transitioned to serve as lead independent director of the Board of Directors.
