Xponential Fitness, Inc. hired Andrew Hagopian as chief legal officer, effective March 1, 2023.

Hagopian started his law career as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. From 2011 to 2020, he held in-house roles at MGM Resorts International, culminating with a four-year tenure as chief corporate counsel. From 2021 to 2022, Hagopian e was the chief legal officer of BetMGM, a privately-held sports betting entertainment company partially owned by MGM Resorts International. Before joining Xponential, he was the general counsel of Newlight Technologies, Inc.
