Xenith LLC, the developer of Xenith Adaptive Head Protection,
said Robert Johns has joined the company as VP of sales. Previously, Johns served Rawlings as a sales representative, then Russell Athletic as a regional sales manager, field sales manager, and vice president of marketing.
Recently Johns served as VP of sales and marketing, then as president of Dodger Industries. At Xenith, Johns will be responsible for oversight of Xenith's national sales team and customer service department.

Xenith's first product, the X1 Football Helmet, was launched in 2009 and features Xenith Adaptive Head Protection. Sales of the X1 doubled from 2009 to 2010, and Xenith expects to significantly increase its market share with the launch of the new X1 Batting Helmet and X2 Football Helmet.
