XCEL Wetsuits appointed Scott Anderson as its head of global sales.
Prior to joining XCEL, he founded Anderson Products International, where he developed proprietary consumer brands sold through major retailers and established distribution partnerships in more than 20 international markets. He led Anderson Products International from December 2020 to May 2026. Prior to forming Anderson Products International, Anderson was international business director, Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company.
“Scott brings extensive experience in building brands and developing global markets,” said Lance Varon, Head of Product at XCEL. “His background across sales, marketing, international distribution, product development, and operations will be a great asset as we continue to grow XCEL around the world.”
