Workout Anytime, the 24/7 fitness franchise with over 190 locations nationwide, named Tim Hicks as vice president of Franchise Development.
Hicks has more than 20 years of experience leading franchise strategy, operations and growth initiatives across multi-unit systems. He has worked for Elevated Brands, the parent of Massage Heights and The Gents Place, as well as The Bar Method, Gold’s Gym, Mystic Tan, and Capitol Entertainment Group.

The hiring follows the April 2025 appointment of Jerry Pugh, owner of Workout Anytime’s largest franchisee, as CEO. Workout Anytime plans to accelerate growth over the next few years, opening 50 additional locations in the next two years.
