Woolrich has named three new vice presidents and announced a search for an executive vice president that will direct the activities involving Woolrich branded product and their channels of distribution. Woolrich President Jim Griggs recently announced the internal promotions and said all changes in responsibility would take effect immediately.

These changes will better position the company for continued success and long-term growth.

Corporate Controller Bob Spagnoletti has been promoted to vice president of finance and will add insurance, legal and information system responsibilities to his responsibilities. Director William Lilley has been promoted to vice president of government contracting, a role in which he will focus on growing this business unit and oversee operations of the Woolrich, Inc. Cutting Facility located in Jersey Shore, Pa. Manager Mark DiMarzio has been promoted to vice president of catalog and internet sales, a role in which he will be responsible for leading this major business unit and be directly involved in developing corporate brand strategies. The as yet unnamed executive vice president will direct the activities involving Woolrich branded product and their channels of distribution.

“After completing an organizational review, we are confident this realignment of our executive team will better position us for continued success and long term growth,” said Griggs. “Woolrich believes that these organizational changes will improve the future of the company and its employees.”
