Amer Sports, Inc. (Amer Group), the parent company of Arc’teryx, Salomon, and Wilson Sports brands, announced that Wilson President & CEO Joe Dudy is stepping down from his role, effective August 31, to pursue new opportunities outside the company. He will continue to serve as an advisor to Wilson through March 1, 2026.

Amer Sports CFO Andrew Page has been appointed interim president and CEO of Wilson, effective September 1, 2024. He will also lead the Group’s Ball and Racquet segment and continue in his current role as Amer Sports CFO.

The company has begun a comprehensive search for Dudy’s replacement.

Previously, he served as CFO of Foot Locker, Inc. for two years, following a two-year stint outside the active sports lifestyle market as chief accounting officer of Advance Auto Parts. Page started his career in the active sports market as a corporate controller at Under Armour before being promoted to SVP and chief accounting officer. He spent eight years with Under Armour.

“We are grateful for Joe Dudy’s 30 years of service at Wilson and wish him well as he begins a new chapter,” offered Amer Sports CEO James Zheng. “His contributions have been critical to the brand’s success, especially over the last six years as CEO. Looking forward, I have full confidence in Andrew Page to lead Wilson during this transition while also continuing to execute his responsibilities as Amer Sports CFO.”
