The National Wild Turkey Federation has named Cindy Williams of Saluda, SC as its new marketing manager. In her new role, Williams will oversee activities for the NWTF including marketing NWTF partners, licensees and special sales programs.

“We are very pleased to have Cindy as part of our team,” said Danny Young, NWTF vice president of marketing. “Her experience, knowledge and creativity make her the best person to strengthen the Federation's already positive relationships with our licensees and spread the word about the many benefits of being an NWTF member or partnering with us.”

Before joining the NWTF team, she was the director of investor relations for First Advantage Corporation in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Williams earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Limestone College (South Carolina); a bachelor's degree in accounting from Kean University (New Jersey); and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Tampa.

After working in the public sector for many years, Williams said she welcomed the opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization.

“I was born and raised in rural South Carolina and many of my family members and friends were hunters,” Williams said. “I feel like the NWTF is not only the best fit for my skill set, but also is a place where I can help further an important mission and do good work that will benefit outdoorsmen.”
