White Sierra hired Mountain Sports Group and Sport One Sales as the company’s new sales representative groups.

Richard Brammer of Mountain Sports Group will be responsible for accounts in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Nebraska. Brammer has been involved in the outdoor and ski industries for more than 20 years. Most recently he was the VP-Sales for Pacific Trails’ Performance Outerwear Division.

Tim Simonson and Geoff Bonebrake of Sport One Sales will handle the Central territory, which includes Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Simonson and Bonebrake are 16-year veterans of the outdoor and snowsports industries.

“White Sierra is excited to add such wealth of experience to the sales force,” says White Sierra VP-Sales Kevin Hobday. “These new reps will enable the company to expand its account base and improve our service to our current customers.”

It has been one full year and two selling seasons since White Sierra implemented a new merchandising plan. The company is focusing more on its customers needs by offering retailers an opportunity to broaden their outdoor brand offerings. White Sierra is an attainable brand that is reliable in terms of fit, quality and styling.

Sales growth is trending at a 25-percent increase for Spring 2006, and is 40-percent over Fall 2006. White Sierra predicts this momentum will continue based on initial reaction to its Spring 2007 offering.
