Collective Licensing International announced its acquisition of two new multi-year licensing agreements for its Vision Street Wear brand. The agreements are with Templar of France, which will license the brand for the sporting goods category in most of Europe, and Asian Winner Corporation, which will develop Vision Street Wear apparel, footwear and accessories for Taiwan.

“Members of our team have worked with CLI for more than 10 years, so we know we are working with a great partner,” said Tom Tang of Asian Winner Corporation. “We are excited about the opportunity, and we are confident in Vision Street Wear’s success in Taiwan.”

Templar’s inaugural collection will include Vision skateboards, inline skates, protective gear, BMX bikes, scooters and headphones and will debut summer of 2012. Asian Winner Corporation will debut its collection of footwear and apparel this spring.

“Templar and the Vision Street Wear brand are the perfect fit,” said Philippe Bouyer, Director of Templar. “CLI is a great company to work with, as they truly invest time in the development of the Vision Street Wear brand and its products. We look forward to working together to grow the Vision brand.”

Founded in 1976, Vision Street Wear is recognized as one of the original and most authentic street wear brands to emerge from the skate fashion explosion of the early ‘90s. Since its re-launch in 2009, the brand has been on the forefront of music and street culture and has been featured in many popular media outlets including In-Touch, Maxim, Transworld Skateboarding and Nylon Magazine.

The brand is owned by Collective Licensing.
