Victorinox Swiss Army (VSA) will be participating in the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to be held on Jan. 7–10 in Las Vegas, Nevada.


The brand will debut several new electronic additions to its iconic Swiss Army Knife line.

 

New introductions to the Swiss Army Knife line to be showcased at CES include:


  • Victorinox Remote – Multifunctional product that combines the Swiss Army Knife form and utility with a dual channel transmitter capable of controlling a home garage door and other products operating on a high-frequency receiver.
  • Victorinox Presentation Master – High performance, removable USB flash drive with secure data encryption, fingerprint authentication and up to 32 GB storage – all built into a Swiss Army Knife. Features Bluetooth® remote control for notebook or PC. Product available in flight-friendly version (without blades).
  • Victorinox Secure – Swiss Army Knife featuring a removable USB flash drive with secure data encryption, fingerprint authentication and up to 32 GB storage. Product available in flight-friendly version.
  • Victorinox Flash – New and improved device (previously known as SwissFlash) that combines all the functionality of a Swiss Army Knife with a USB flash drive offering up to 32 GB of memory. Also available in a flight-friendly version.
  • In addition to the above mentioned products, VSA will also be showcasing several exciting new product prototypes.

To demonstrate the quality and sophistication of its devices, VSA will host the $100,000 Victorinox Crack the Code Contest, challenging attendees to retrieve secure data from its security products. The contest will take place live on the show floor in the VSA booth and is open to all credentialed 2010 CES attendees. The first participant to break into or bypass the security functions and access the data will win $100,000! All contest participants will receive a special gift for their efforts.
