The North Face appointed Michael Millenacker as vice president of sales. Millenacker will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution of long term growth plans for The North Face Americas.


With more than 15 years industry experience, Michael has a solid track record of developing sales leadership strategies in line with overall brand positioning, said Todd Spaletto, president of The North Face Americas. He holds a deep understanding and passion for the outdoor industry and we are very excited to have Michael join the The North Face in this role.


Most recently, Millenacker held the position of president at Eagle Creek, another brand in VF Corp.’s Outdoor and Action Sports coalition.  He joined Eagle Creek in 2000 as national sales manager and progressively held sales leadership roles, including the role of vice president, sales.  


Prior to joining VF Corporation, Millenacker was director of marketing and sales at Royal Robbins. He started his career in sales and marketing at Hartmarx Corporation in New York.
