Vans is partnering with Truth, the nation’s longest-running and most successful youth smoking prevention campaign, on a new 2015 Vans x Truth collection, “inspired by 100 ridiculously-awesome replacements for cigarettes.”

Truth and Vans have a long history of working together to end smoking, with combined fashion-forward apparel to cross-country adventures on the Vans Warped Tour.

With teen cigarette use at 8 percent, Truth and Vans believe ending tobacco use is achievable.

Truth’s “Finish It” campaign was created to empower today’s generation of youth to be the one to #FinishIt for good. The new limited-edition Vans x Truth apparel line, which features Vans Authentic shoes, a t-shirt and a hat, helps to extend Truth’s message – to end tobacco use – by giving young people a way to creatively express something they stand for.

“I have been rocking Truth shirts, hats, socks, suspenders and more forever – not just because they have awesome designs, but because each one means something,” said Truth Tour Rider Cody Griswold. “#Vansxtruth is on-trend, and it also serves as an outward reminder that we can be the generation that ends smoking. I’m super stoked about this collaboration and can’t wait to stock up on the new design.”

“Weapons of Mass Ridiculousness” Vans Authentic shoes are available in men’s sizes 4.5 – 13 and women’s sizes 6 -12. They retail for $60. The t-shirt is available in men’s sizes S – XL and retails for $26; the hat is one-size-fits-all and also retails for $26. A portion of the proceeds will support Truth’s mission: to help end smoking for good. The apparel is available in the top 100 Vans retailers and online at vans.com/truth.
