Under Armour, Inc. announced the creation of the Brandon Jennings Invitational, to be held on January 22 in Milwaukee, WI at Marquette University High School. This inaugural event, hosted by Milwaukee Bucks star point guard Brandon Jennings and Under Armour, will feature eight of the nation's top high school basketball teams.

The teams include:

    * Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA) vs. Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA)
    * St. Frances (Baltimore, MD) vs. Orr Academy (Chicago, IL)
    * Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI) vs. Abraham Lincoln (Brooklyn, NY)
    * Boys and Girls (Brooklyn, NY) vs. Winter Park (Winter Park, FL)

As part of the Brandon Jennings Invitational experience, athletes will be treated to a series of events, including workouts and drills with Jennings himself. Memphis Grizzlies rookie Greivis Vasquez will also participate in the on-court activities, teaming up with Jennings in advance of that night's matchup between the Grizzlies and the Bucks.

“The Brandon Jennings Invitational is a platform for us to support the next generation of basketball players and to help them elevate their game on and off the court,” said Matt Mirchin, senior vice president, sports marketing at Under Armour. “Brandon continues to be a gracious ambassador for our Brand, as he shares our commitment to growing basketball at the grassroots level and inspiring young athletes.”

All of the teams participating in the Brandon Jennings Invitational will be outfitted in customized Under Armour uniforms and apparel, along with the Jennings-inspired custom UA Micro G Black Ice basketball shoe. To help combat the winter weather in Milwaukee, players also will be wearing Under Armour's ColdGear products.

The Under Armour Brandon Jennings Invitational match-up between Boys and Girls and Winter Park will be nationally televised in early February on Fox Sports Net.

Under Armour introduced its first basketball shoe in October.
